計畫摘要

這是一個跨鄉村、跨團隊的鄉村孩子策略聯盟,計畫跨壽豐鄉、鳳林鎮及光復鄉,跨團隊包括五味屋、北林社區、啄木鳥全人發展基金會、部落書坊。


行動規劃構想:

1.弱勢青少年不是直接幫助而是讓其參與社區事物,幫助自己的家鄉與社區及弱勢族群;

2.從助人或工作中學習、成長與改變;

3.激發在地青少年的活力、視野、關懷與行動力。


執行具體目標

1.建立花蓮縣跨區域青少年參與行動模式。

2.創造在地社區二手公益交易模式。

3.開發鄉村在地弱勢照顧的新途徑。

4.培植在地青少年人力,奠定在地永續發展的基礎。

5.整合與聯結資源,達到積極有效的運用。

6.深化青年社區參與的品質。

7.擴大青年回饋在地的實踐能力。


執行方式

1.空間活化,活化三個空間,並學習空間規劃、經營管理、促成發展社區參與、與社區產業連結與合作、志工培訓。

2.策略聯盟,包括二手物流、鄉村農業與青少年學習。

3.關懷看不見的弱勢,包括農業、二手公益商店及弱勢青少年的學習。


Project Summary

This is a cross-village, cross-team strategic alliance for rural children, which is planned to span Shoufeng Township, Fenglin Township and Guangfu Township, and cross-teams include Wu Wei House, Beilin Community, Woodpecker Whole Person Development Foundation, and Tribal Bookstore.


The concept of action planning:

1. Disadvantaged youths are not directly helped but are allowed to participate in community affairs, helping their hometowns and communities and disadvantaged groups;

2. to learn, grow and change through helping or working with others;

3. to stimulate the energy, vision, care and action of local youth.


Specific objectives:

1. to establish a cross-regional youth participation model in Hualien County;

2. to create a model for second-hand public welfare transactions in local communities;

3. to develop new ways of caring for the disadvantaged in rural areas;

4. to cultivate local youth manpower and lay the foundation for sustainable development in local areas;

5. to integrate and link resources to achieve positive and effective use;

6. to deepen the quality of youth community participation;

7. To expand the ability of youth to give back to the local community.


The project will be implemented through:

1. spatial revitalization, revitalization of three spaces, and learning about spatial planning, management, community participation, community industry linkages and cooperation, and volunteer training;

2. strategic alliances, including second-hand logistics, rural agriculture, and youth learning;

3. care for the invisible disadvantaged, including agriculture, second-hand public welfare stores, and disadvantaged youth learning.

計畫是將五味屋過去好的經驗分享給其他社區,希望創造一個跨區域的兒童青少年學習社群,透過命運類似的社區策略聯盟,讓偏鄉的孩子有機會向彼此的社區學習,進而幫助自己的家鄉。這種跨鄉鎮三地策略聯盟的籌備與合作是一個大工程,但是可以因此捲動青年社區參與行動和在地培力,希望可以建構以兒童青少年為主體的弱勢關懷模式及社區裏的另類學習。因此五味屋思索著若「孩子是家鄉容顏化妝師」的核心思維是對的,那麼該如何讓這些長大了的孩子,從家鄉事務、產業的參與中,去思索和發展家鄉價值的認同,甚而將這種「我是其中一份子」的驕傲,透過具體的策略傳播出去,這是五味屋在地化經營及永續循環的堅持。


Message to Educators

We hope to create a cross-regional learning community for children and youth, so that children in remote areas can have the opportunity to learn from each other's communities and help their own hometowns through a community strategic alliance of similar fate. The preparation and cooperation of such a cross-rural, three-location strategic alliance is a big project, but it can involve youth community participation and local cultivation, hoping to build a model of disadvantaged care and alternative learning in the community with children and youth as the main focus. Therefore, Gomiya is thinking that if the core idea of "children are the make-up artists of their hometown" is correct, how to let these grown-up children think about and develop their hometown values through their participation in hometown affairs and industries, and even spread this pride of "I am one of them" through specific strategies, which is Gomiya's insistence on local management and sustainable cycle.

跨區域策略聯盟—試圖提升鄉村青年的視野,將行動的腳步拉大、拉廣,建立青(少)年參與社區的合作性機制,將五味屋的經驗分享給其他社區,透過命運類似的社區,創造跨區域的兒童青少年學習社群,以及青年社區參與和培植在地的人力,也包括在地青年回饋在地社區、從實作中認識自身社會責任,產生相互學習的合作模式及培育在地青年人力模式。


移地學習模式—「家鄉容顏化妝師」的概念是讓孩子啟動與家人一起改變自己的家鄉,以長期培育的方式陪伴孩子在社區中學習,提高對社區的認同、對家鄉的情感,改變孩子對家鄉的評價(偏遠、落後),跳過自艾自憐、悲情無奈的鄉村處境,讓偏鄉的孩子有機會向彼此的社區學習,進而幫助自己的家鄉。


Message to Education Researchers

The cross-regional strategic alliance tries to raise the vision of rural youth, to expand the scope of action, to establish a cooperative mechanism for youth participation in the community, to share the experience of the House of Five Flavors with other communities, to create a cross-regional learning community for children and youth through communities with similar destinies, and to involve the youth community and cultivate local manpower. It also includes local youth giving back to the local community, understanding their own social responsibility through practical work, generating a model of cooperation for mutual learning, and cultivating local youth manpower.


The concept of "Hometown Face Make-up Artist" is to let children start to change their hometowns together with their families, and to accompany them to learn in the community through long-term nurturing, so as to enhance their identification with the community and their emotions towards their hometowns, and to change their evaluation of their hometowns (remote and backward), and to skip the self-pitying, sad and helpless rural situation, so that children in remote areas can have the opportunity to learn from each other's communities. We will give the children in the remote villages a chance to learn from each other's communities and help their own hometowns.
