計畫摘要

本計畫以「物」為媒介,預計對新武部落與豐田社區帶來「物的抑注」、「know-how傳授」與「人的編織」,並以兩個行動做為計畫主軸:


一、協助建立社區二手商店

1.將五味屋二手公益商店經營「know how」模組化,協助新武部落成立二手商店,找到適合經營模式,並協助部落思考未來發展部落文化基金與部落教室。

2.人力、物力、know how、企業、協力夥伴:五面向的長期協助

3.五味屋公益平台功能擴增

4.人的捲動與編織,包括在地社區達人、教育支持網絡、高社經背景家庭參與公益,企業協助城鄉交流。


二、青少年至都市銷售農產品

1.從生產到銷售-完整學習,透過農友與業師培力讓青少年進行學習。

2.商業模式的操演,從市集擺攤到都市銷售,讓青少年練習制定價格、討論銷售策略、計算成本盈虧、討論顧客反應等。

3.以農為媒介,向內深植鄉土,增加對自己家鄉土地的認同,向外以農事締結關係,用口述與實際帶給都市人的體驗,孩子也為自己賺得遠端的支持系統,成為自己成長路上的後盾。


Project Summary

This project uses "things" as the medium, and is expected to bring "things inhibition", "know-how transmission" and "people knitting" to the Xinwu tribe and the Fengtian community, with two actions as the main axes of the project.


1. Assist the establishment of community second-hand stores:

1. Modularize the "know how" of the operation of the second-hand stores of the Five Flavors House, assist the Shinwu tribe to establish second-hand stores, find a suitable operation model, and assist the tribe to think about the future development of tribal culture funds and tribal classrooms.

2. Long-term assistance from the five directions: manpower, material resources, know how, enterprises, and collaborative partners.

3. Five Flavors House public welfare platform features expanded

4. Human involvement and weaving, including local community leaders, education support network, participation of families with high socio-economic background in public welfare, and corporate assistance in urban-rural exchange.


2.From production to sales:

1. complete learning through farmers and teachers' training.

2. Business model exercises, from market stalls to urban sales, allowing youth to practice setting prices, discussing sales strategies, calculating costs and profits and losses, and discussing customer reactions.

3. The children will also earn a remote support system for themselves and become their own backbone on the way to growth.

城鄉的差距不僅在經濟、資源,還有教育及觀念,對我們而言,我們希望鄉村的孩童,可以「靠自己努力」而獲得改變的機會;「靠社區協助」而讓學習變得有趣極有意義。


這個計畫強調將五味屋的「經營模組」擴充到偏鄉的其他部落或社區,「愛的物聯網」資源流動再利用注入的不僅是「二手物」,也捲動「人」的編織與「農產」的商業模式,讓村莊青少年與孩童有機會得到完整的學習,培養自身能力的生計與生態的社區教育方式,創造出有意義的鄉村學習。另外,還發展鄉村的微型事業,共構互惠在地社區居民及跨社區營造參與者學習發展模式,使鄉村的弱勢孩童經過培力後對自己和家鄉更認同及信心。


Message to Educators

To us, we hope that children in rural areas will have the opportunity to make changes "by their own efforts" and that learning will be fun and meaningful "with the help of the community".


The project emphasizes the expansion of the "business module" of the House of Five Flavors to other tribes or communities in the rural areas. The "Internet of Love" infuses not only "second-hand goods" but also "people" and "agricultural products" into the business model, giving village youths and children the opportunity to have a complete learning experience and to develop their own abilities in the form of livelihood and ecological community education, creating meaningful rural learning. In addition, we also develop micro-enterprises in villages, and co-construct reciprocal local community residents and cross-community to create a participatory learning and development model, so that disadvantaged children in villages will have a greater sense of identity and confidence in themselves and their hometowns after training.

計畫在研發偏鄉社區營造和教育的創新,包括:


跨領域協作模式:五味屋開創「學習場域+課程模組+協作人力+協力模式」跨領域的協作模式,建構村落學習據點活化閒置空間利用經驗模組,同時兼顧生計、生活與生態的村落學習,在這樣偏鄉教育的實踐經驗中,透過社區內各類傳統&新型態經濟運作的參與,反省並尋找社區青少年未來在偏鄉安生立命的可能性。


創新社區營造之產業模式:研發多種社區微型經濟運作可能性,創造共好商業模式,開創社區營造型社區照顧產業,推動區域性策略聯盟,開創跨領域之協作社群運作,研發跨區域之網絡聯盟,並能分享社區運作智慧模式與其他社區交流,促成花東共學團體相互交流,分享資源與經驗。


A Message to Education Researchers

The project aims to develop innovations in community building and education in rural areas, including:


Cross-disciplinary collaboration model: Wu Wei House has developed a cross-disciplinary collaboration model of "learning field + curriculum module + collaborative manpower + collaborative model", and has constructed a village learning base to revitalize the idle space utilization experience module, while taking into account livelihood, life and ecology of village learning. In this practical experience of rural education, through the participation of various traditions and new forms of economic operation in the community, we reflect on and search for the possibilities of the future livelihood of the youth in the rural areas.


Innovation of community-based industrial model: Develop various possibilities of community micro-economy operation, create a common good business model, create a community camping and community care industry, promote regional strategic alliances, create cross-disciplinary collaborative community operation, develop cross-regional network alliances, and share community operation wisdom models with other communities, and facilitate mutual exchanges and sharing of resources and experiences among East Flower co-education groups.
